Events & Project Assistant
We're looking for someone to work alongside with the operations manager in the execution of Startup Portugal's events and operational projects, taking part in the tasks of the whole project, from the planning stage to running the event, post-event and evaluation. This position will report to the Senior Project Manager.
To participate in Startup Portugal operational projects, helping in its planning, design, execution and closure;
To communicate with all project stakeholders in order to manage third parties’ contributions to the content curated and released by Startup Portugal;
The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working as part of a team.
Previous production or project management experience;
Excellent communication level in Portuguese and English;
Accuracy and time management skills;
Organizational awareness and problem-solving profile.
