• Manage CRM and Data tools on a technical level
• Improve data collection for Startup Portugal
• Provide data for the creation of Reports to the ecosystem
• Support the management of Startup Portugal Websites on a Technical Level

Skills

• BSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• Ability to report, analyze, and interpret data for meaningful business metrics
• Ability to understand nuanced communications and serve as relationship manager to stakeholders across units and functions
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Experience working with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
