We’ll always have Paris! 15 Portuguese startups in VivaTech 2024
From May 22nd to May 25th, the City of Light will be stage to another edition of Viva Technology. In all, the Portuguese delegation to VivaTech 2024 will comprise 15 startups.
Startup Portugal, in close collaboration with AICEP Portugal Global, is set to take 9 Portuguese startups as part of its Business Abroad program. These startups have already raised about €150 millions in investment and are now looking to expand their operations to new geographies.
During the conference, all the Portuguese startups will have the chance to exhibit their products and ideas, but the Business Abroad delegation will also be featured in a special Portuguese Pitch Competition in the VivaTech Pitch Studio. The Portuguese delegation will also have access to a special networking side event during the conference, organized together with AICEP Portugal Global. They will have the opportunity to connect with potential investors and business partners, and to network with several other relevant ecosystem players.
Startup Portugal’s Business Abroad Program delegation to VivaTech 2024 is made up of:
- Bhout: BHOUT is a gaming company with the heart of a fitness leader that created the first Boxing Bag with a brain by combining sensors on the bag with 3D Computer Vision, breakthrough Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning;
- Biometrid: Biometrid developed a low-code hub for ID verification, client onboarding and authentication to be used across industries;
- Follow Inspiration: Follow Inspiration is a leading producer of autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) solutions that aim to revolutionize the way goods are transported within factories by automating and streamlining logistics and material handling processes;
- Goparity: Our Impact Finance App democratizes access to impact lending and empowers individuals and companies to finance sustainable and impactful projects globally;
- Infraspeak: Infraspeak is a maintenance management platform streamlining operations for facilities, ensuring efficient workflow and asset performance tracking;
- Leadzai: Customer acquisition platform;
- Powerdot: Electric Vehicle fast-charging infrastructure;
- Skyline Digital: Skyline Digital aims to be a one-stop-shop solution that bridges the gap between traditional finance and DeFi;
- VizitAR: A Platform with XR, Gamification System and NFTs for improving visitor experience.
