The Semente Program provides tax benefits to investors who inject capital into early stage startups, creating a more favorable tax regime for capital gains obtained through investment in startups (personal taxes benefits in the investment of capital shares of 25% of the investment made up to a maximum of 100 thousand euros).
Applications
Applications for certification as Startup Semente are open until January 31, 2022, for investments made between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021.
