Bonjour, VivaTech: Portuguese Startups Land in Paris

Paris, June 17 to 20, 2026

From June 17 to 20, Paris becomes one of the main meeting points for global tech and innovation with Viva Technology, one of Europe’s leading events for startups, corporations, investors, and ecosystem players shaping the future.

Portugal will be represented by a delegation of more than 20 startups, supported by Startup Portugal and AICEP, showcasing the strength, creativity, and international ambition of the Portuguese startup ecosystem on one of the world’s main stages for emerging technologies and business opportunities.

The Portuguese delegation will be present at the Portugal Stand, located in Hall 7.3, Stand 3J24, right alongside the Europe Tech area. The stand will serve as a shared meeting point for startups, investors, industry leaders, and international partners throughout the event.

Portugal at VivaTech

Throughout the event, the Portugal Stand will act as the home base for the Portuguese delegation. It will support networking, meetings, and visibility for the startups taking part in the mission, while helping build stronger connections between the Portuguese ecosystem and international markets.

On June 19, the Portuguese Ambassador to France, Francisco Ribeiro de Menezes, will visit the Portugal Stand to meet the startups and join the delegation for a group photo.

That same day, the Portugal Pitch Contest, organized by AICEP in collaboration with Startup Portugal, will bring together eight promising Portuguese startups at the Pitch Studio: B10SEC, BRIDGEIN, COMPLEAR, ENLINE, GOVHORIZON, LOOPOS, MYMETA SOFTWARE, and VAULTHAUS. The contest will give founders the opportunity to present their ventures to an international audience of investors, ecosystem leaders, and potential partners.
