Position

Analyst

  • Startup Portugal is a non-profit organisation, whose mission is the development of activities of public interest for the promotion of entrepreneurship, in close connection with public and private entities operating in the national entrepreneurship ecosystem. We support the Government in the creation and implementation of the National Strategy for Entrepreneurship and monitor the design and implementation of public policies, as PRR, to support startups and entrepreneurship in national and foreign territory.
  • Startup Portugal's activity is developed with different economic sectors, using the support of various entities and partners, public and private, including entrepreneurs, startups, incubators, investors, companies, academia, and governmental organisations, for the development of different initiatives that contribute to the growth of the startup ecosystem and a greater culture of entrepreneurship in the country.
 
  • You will be part of the Funding & Certification working as an Incentives Analyst responsible for implementing initiatives and monitor applications to incentive systems provided under the PRR/Portugal 2030 programs, or others supported by European Funds.
  Main responsibilities
  • Prepare and monitor applications to incentive systems provided under the PRR/Portugal 2030 programs, or others supported by European Funds;
  • Support the team in projects that are in progress;
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the incentives area;
  • Collaborate in the preparation of future projects.
  What we have to offer:
  • Full-time contract till the end of 2025, with possibility of renewal (to be determined) according to responsibilities;

Requirements

  • Degree in Management or Economics (preferable);
  • Experience in similar functions valued;
  • High level of maturity, responsibility and autonomy;
  • Ability to analyze, dynamism and critical sense;
  • Good capacity to manage priorities and stress;
  • Ease of oral and written communication;
  • Polyvalence;
  • Ease of relationship and team spirit;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Portuguese Proficiency.
